Mango - Cucumber Salsa



Ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (about 1½ cup)
½ medium red onion, finely chopped
1 Jalapeño or Serrano chile, minced
1 small cucumber, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
½ avocado, diced (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with fish
