Boa Constrictor

Although this boa has beautiful markings enabling it to blend in with its surroundings, I am glad we were in a boat when this one was spotted.  I guess I have a thing about snakes.  Even though boas prefer to stay on land where they can climb trees or find a nice hallow log to sleep, they are also excellent swimmers.
