Clam Dip
Lays Ruffle potato chips goes well with this excellent dip for special occasions.
Two 6½-ounce cans minced clams (Reserve 3 tablespoons liquid)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 shallot, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon drained bottled horseradish
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon white pepper
Tabasco to taste
1. Mix ingredients.
2. Add reserved liquid if needed.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
