Crab and Parmesan Cheese Dip
This appetizer was given to me by one of my 7th grade students, Zach, who says it’s very easy to make and adds, "You will consume it with a smile!"
Baguette
1 cup lump white crabmeat (fresh is best)
¼-½ cup mayonnaise (to taste)
½ cup grated parmesan
1-2 green onions, finely chopped
1. Cut the crusts off the bread, cut into 4 pieces, and toast until golden in the oven.
2. In a bowl mix crabmeat with mayonnaise, parmesan, and scallions.
3. Heap some crab mixture on top of toast and bake in oven (350°+) for about 10 minutes or until golden.
