Flank Steak Marinade
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
1½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons honey
¾ cup salad oil
½ grated onion
1. Mix ingredients and marinate flak steak 4 hours
2. Cook 5 – 8 minutes per side over hot fire.
3. Slice thinly on the diagonal.
Note: If you want to serve the marinade with the flank steak, boil on stove top and serve on the side.
I served this at our annual Balboa Island get together. Always a hit.
