Party Sausages 

 

70 sausages

 

     2¼ pounds cocktail sausage links

     2 tablespoons sesame oil

     ½ cup honey

     2 tablespoons soy sauce

 

1.   Preheat the oven to 400°.

2.   Separate the sausages if they are linked and arrange them in a large, shallow-sided roasting pan.

3.   Whisk together the oil, honey and soy sauce and pour over the sausages.

4.   Mix all together.

5.   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

6.   Give them a stir about halfway through cooking.
