Potato and Leek Soup

Tomato Soup - Grilled cheese sandwiches go well with tomato soup.  Heat a frying pan.   Butter two sides of sandwich bread, add a slice of cheddar cheese, cover and grill.  Turn when bread is brown on one side, continue to melt the cheese, and remove when underside of bread is browned.  Serve immediately.
