Tartar Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup sweet pickle relish, drained
2 tablespoons finely minced dill pickle
1 teaspoon grated fresh onion
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon cream-style horseradish
Combine all ingredients in s small mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for 3 – 5 days.
The sour cream may be omitted and the mayonnaise increased to ½ cup.
